The Star X1 is Fire-Maple's all-in-one backpacking stove: a 1-liter hard-anodized pot with a built-in heat exchanger, a compact isobutane burner with piezo igniter, and a lid and bowl that nest inside with room for a 100 g fuel canister. The heat exchanger captures heat that would normally spill up the sides, cutting boil times and fuel use by about 30 percent. This camouflage edition comes with or without the French-press filter insert for camp coffee.

Good to know

No fuel canister is included. Use standard threaded isobutane/propane canisters (Jetboil, MSR, Coleman and similar). Never use inside a tent.
